Cancellation Policy
Cancel Before the Free Trial Ends
To avoid the first subscription charge, the customer must complete cancellation before the trial expiry date shown during checkout and in Subscription Management. No subscription fee is charged for the eligible free trial when cancellation is completed on time.
How to Cancel
Customers may cancel through the available Paddle billing portal or Orvix subscription-management page. When self-service cancellation is temporarily unavailable, the customer may contact Orvix support using the verified billing email. Cancellation is complete only when a confirmation appears or is sent.
Cancellation After a Charge
Unless the subscription is terminated immediately for misuse, security reasons or non-payment, cancellation normally stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. A cancellation after collection does not automatically create a refund for the current period.
Downgrades and Add-ons
A downgrade or add-on removal may take effect at the next billing cycle and may reduce limits, storage, AI credits, BI access, support, portal branding or other entitlements. Customers are responsible for bringing usage within the new limits before the change becomes effective.
Data Before Access Ends
Customers should export required data before access ends. Retention and deletion remain subject to the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement and any written enterprise terms.
