Approved Commercial Packages
Orvix Suite is offered through four approved packages: Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise. Growth is the recommended package for serious marketing agencies managing recurring delivery, larger teams, approvals and profitability. Starter and Growth may be purchased through the approved online checkout. Scale and Enterprise are sales-led and require a written commercial scope.
Approved Prices and Trials
Starter is USD 149 monthly with a 14-day trial, or USD 1,119 yearly with a 30-day trial. Growth is USD 299 monthly with a 14-day trial, or USD 2,199 yearly with a 30-day trial. Taxes, currency conversion or payment-provider charges may apply according to the transaction and customer location.
Payment Authorization, Trial and Renewal
After work-email verification, the customer provides a billing address and authorizes a valid payment method through Paddle. Orvix does not store the full card number or security code. No subscription fee is charged during the eligible free trial. Unless cancellation is completed before the trial expires, Paddle automatically charges the selected package at the end of the trial and at each monthly or yearly renewal. Collected amounts for commenced or used subscription periods are generally non-refundable except where applicable law or Paddle buyer terms require otherwise.
Upgrades and Downgrades
An upgrade may take effect immediately and may create a prorated charge or credit calculated by the payment provider. A downgrade may be scheduled for the next billing period to protect current access and avoid disruption. Plan changes may alter user, client, storage, automation, BI, support and portal entitlements.
Add-ons
Approved add-ons are extra users, extra client accounts, extra storage, AI automation credits, Advanced BI, white-label client portal, dedicated onboarding and custom integrations. Add-ons are quoted according to required capacity, implementation effort and support scope. They may be billed separately and may have their own activation, delivery and cancellation conditions.
Scale and Enterprise
Scale and Enterprise pricing, onboarding, integrations, service levels and commercial limits are defined in an approved proposal, order form or written agreement. No public price or feature promise overrides the signed commercial scope.
