Trial Policy
Eligible Plans and Duration
Eligible Starter and Growth monthly subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. Eligible Starter and Growth yearly subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. Scale and Enterprise access is governed by the approved written commercial scope.
Payment Method Required — No Subscription Fee During Trial
After work-email verification, the customer must provide a billing address and a valid payment method through Paddle’s secure checkout. Orvix does not receive or store the full card number or security code. No subscription fee is charged during the free-trial period. Paddle may display taxes, card verification or payment-provider requirements before confirmation.
Automatic First Charge
Unless the customer cancels before the trial expiry date shown at checkout and in the subscription record, Paddle automatically charges the selected monthly or yearly package when the free trial ends. The subscription then renews automatically according to the selected billing cycle until cancelled.
Cancellation During Trial
Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Cancellation is effective only when Paddle or Orvix confirms it in the subscription-management record. Starting a cancellation request without completing it does not stop automatic billing.
Eligibility and Abuse Prevention
A trial is intended for a genuine new agency or company evaluation. Orvix may decline, restrict or terminate duplicate, fraudulent, abusive or security-risk registrations. One person or organization may not repeatedly create accounts to obtain additional free-trial periods.
After the Trial
Amounts collected after the free trial are governed by the Subscription Agreement and Refund Policy. Used subscription periods are generally non-refundable except where applicable law or Paddle buyer terms require otherwise.
